As of my last update, TED Talks are freely accessible to the public on various platforms, including the TED website, YouTube, and its dedicated apps. There needs to be a specific subscription plan for accessing TED Talks. However, there are costs associated with attending TED conferences. It’s recommended to check the official TED website for any updates or changes related to subscriptions or memberships.
download and install TED on Roku
- Turn on your Roku device and reach its home screen.
- Use the search function and type “TED.”
- From the displayed results, choose the TED app.
- Select “Add Channel” to initiate the download process.
- After the app has been added, it will be visible on your Roku home screen.
Activate TED on Roku
- From your Roku home screen, open the TED app.
- An activation code might be displayed on your TV screen.
- Open a web browser and go to the TED activation page on a separate device, like a laptop or mobile phone.
- Enter the activation code that’s being displayed on your TV.
- Complete any additional steps provided.
- Once done, your Roku will update, and you can begin streaming TED Talks and other content.
